Size: Revenues from $3MM to $8MM with a minimum of $500K in EBITDA. No minimums for add-on acquisitions.
Geography: US-based with a focus on the Southeast and Northeast.
Ownership: Typically founder-owned business where the founders are either looking to exit or wish to work with a hands-on capital partner to take their business to the next level.
